Please remember to send all sanctioned meet results to: The State Chairman, and applicable results to the level coordinators. The main job of the level coordinator is to track the numbers of athletes in each level and age group that have qualified to the state meet. The coordinators can only do their job correctly if they are given all of the information that is appropriate for their specific level.

If all they are given appropriate information we should have state meets that have the right amount of athletes competing for correct amount of awards.
