Meeting: 6:30 p.m.
Draw: 7:30 p.m.
Please plan to attend your Annual State Meeting and take part in the clinics over the weekend. The meeting and clinics are open to all current Professional Members. The buffet and clinics are being offered free of charge. We hope that you can make it!
Come early starting at 5:00 pm to have a light supper, mingle and get acquainted with the wonderful people who make up the gymnastics community in the state of Colorado.
At 6:30 pm, we will have our Annual Meeting with
the Draw to follow.
Reminder: The fee to participate in the draw will be $60 per session drawn.
(E.g. Friday 1 session, Saturday 2 sessions and Sunday1 session would be = $240)
Please pay at the end of the Draw for all sessions drawn. Make checks payable
to COUSAG.
All Meet Directors who would like to bid on State Meets please submit your bids at the Annual Meeting. Bid forms can be found on the COUSAG Website (www.cousag.com). We will be taking the bids at 6:30 pm (or before) on all Compulsory and Optional State Meets.
