State Meets have concluded for ALL disciplines and ALL Levels All of the Results for these meets are now available for your enjoyment. Congratulations to all of the gymnasts, coaches, judges, parents, fans and everyone else in attendance for making these meets such a great success.
Region 3 will be holding a training camp for Level 7's who scored 37.00 AA and Level 8 girls who scored at least a 36.00 on August 4, 2018, at Texas Dreams Gymnastics in Coppell, Texas. The entry form for this event can be downloaded here, or Club Administrators can register coaches and gymnasts at www.usa-gymnastics.org.
Colorado Men's Rules and Policies are available now. Those who are Men's USAG Professional members should read and review the document. Any questions or suggestions should be sent to the Men's State Board members listed on our website.
There is a great deal of concern about recent news stories regarding abuses in the gymnastics community, particularily at the highest level of gymnastics. We think you should view a Video Message from Kerry Perry, the new USAG President and CEO at our National Office. We believe that quite rightfully there is plenty of concern about the safety and well being of all of the people involved in our sport and we hope this will help to address some of those concerns.
Xcel for Boys is designed to offer a broad-based, affordable competitive experience outside the traditional Jr. Olympic Program to attract and retain a diverse group of athletes. Both the Xcel for Boys Program manual as well as a How to Start an Xcel Program for Boys guide are available as a free download from the USA Gymnastics Boy’s Xcel page. Reporting Women's JO and Xcel Meet Results
All scores from ALL LEVELS MUST be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org in order for a meet to be considered as a qualifying meet. Instructions are available for exporting results from ProScore, Beyond the Scores or a generic format. No scores can be counted if they aren't reported in one of these accepted formats.
Please click the appropriate link above for instructions on how to report the meet results in the format of your choice. If you need to enter your scores by hand, the generic template can be found here.

REQUIRES ALL coaches with primary supervisory responsibility for a youth athletic activity to complete annual concussion recognition education.
A course that is free and meets these requirements can be found at www.nfhslearn.com.
In order to take the free course, you will need to register with the NFHS Learning Center.
Please take the time to take this course for the safety of our children, and to become compliant with the law.
