Level 8 Women's JO Regionals will be held in Estes Park, Colorado, April 21st through April 23rd.  We have information on the Official Meet Hotels available for you now.  Of course there are other hotels available in Estes Park, but you think you could be attending the meet, you might want to book early.

The Level 3 Women's JO State Meet Was held on December 11th and December 12th in Loveland Colorado.  Congratulations to all of the volunteers, teams and individuals who made this event such a fantastic success for eveyone involved!  Meet results have been posted.

The Level 4 Women's JO State Meet Was held on December 4th and December 5th.  Congratulations and a big THANK YOU go out to all of the teams and individuals who made this event so great!  Meet results have been posted.

Congratulations to Colorado Aerials for winning the Overall Team Champions title at the Level 5 Women's JO State meet held on November 19th and 20th.  Meet results have been posted for your enjoyment.

Reporting Level 3 and 4 Women's Meet Results
All scores MUST be sent to results@cousag.com in order for a meet to be considered as a qualifying meet.  Instructions are available for exporting results from ProScore, Beyond the Scores or a generic format.  No scores can be counted if they aren't reported in one of these accepted formats.

The official USA Gymnastics 2016 - 2017 Rules & Policies is now available online.   The 2016 - 2017 Rules and Policies can be downloaded for free from the USA Gymnastics web site.

The Collegiate Gymnastics Growth Initiative. is comprised of a group of people who want to expand the number of NCAA Gymnastics programs in America.  They are ABSOLUTELY NOT soliciting donations from us, but there are two petitions that they are circulating to bring college gymnastics programs to Mississippi and Texas colleges.  If you support the idea of more NCAA gymnastics programs, please go to the petition for Mississippi and the one for Texas colleges and just sign your name.  Also, feel free to spread the word to other gymnastics enthusiasts!

Colorado State Law, Senate Bill 11-040 REQUIRES ALL coaches with primary supervisory responsibility for a youth athletic activity to complete annual concussion recognition education.  A course that is free and meets these requirements can be found at www.nfhslearn.com.  In order to take the free course, you will need to register with the NFHS Learning Center.  Please take the time to take this course for the safety of our children, and to become compliant with the law.

Club Owners and Meet Directors need to understand the IRS rules for 1099 forms.  If you paid any single judge or other independent contractor $600.00 or more in a calendar year, you are responsible for sending them and the IRS a 1099 form.  Please read the information regarding compliance with the IRS code for 1099 forms in order to meet federal requirements.  This could be important for your business...
