The Women's JO Compulsory Championship meets have now begun, and results have been posted!  Congratulations to Adrenaline Gymnastics Academy for winning the Level 4 State Championships and to Colorado Aerials for a win at the Level 5 State Championships!




The latest USAG Program Updates are available for the Men's and Women's programs.  Download the Men's program updates and the Women's program updates from the USA Gymnastics website.




The Men's Rules & Policies that are being proposed for the state of Colorado are now available.  Men's program Professional members should review them and send any comments or suggestions to Nate Ragland, our Men's State Chairman.




Xcel for Boys is designed to offer a broad-based, affordable competitive experience outside the traditional Jr. Olympic Program to attract and retain a diverse group of athletes.  Both the Xcel for Boys Program manual as well as a How to Start an Xcel Program for Boys guide are available as a free download from the USA Gymnastics Boy’s Xcel page.  Additional information can be found Here.

Reporting Women's Compulsory Meet Results
All scores from Levels 3 & 4 MUST be sent to results@cousag.com in order for a meet to be considered as a qualifying meet.  Instructions are available for exporting results from ProScore, Beyond the Scores or a generic format.  No scores can be counted if they aren't reported in one of these accepted formats.

The official USA Gymnastics 2017 - 2018 Rules & Policies is now available online.   The 2017 - 2018 Rules and Policies can be downloaded for free from the USA Gymnastics web site.




Colorado State Law, Senate Bill 11-040 REQUIRES ALL coaches with primary supervisory responsibility for a youth athletic activity to complete annual concussion recognition education.  A course that is free and meets these requirements can be found at www.nfhslearn.com.  In order to take the free course, you will need to register with the NFHS Learning Center.  Please take the time to take this course for the safety of our children, and to become compliant with the law.

Club Owners and Meet Directors need to understand the IRS rules for 1099 forms.  If you paid any single judge or other independent contractor $600.00 or more in a calendar year, you are responsible for sending them and the IRS a 1099 form.  Please read the information regarding compliance with the IRS code for 1099 forms in order to meet federal requirements.  This could be important for your business...
