Xcel for Boys is designed to offer a broad-based, affordable competitive experience outside the traditional Jr. Olympic Program to attract and retain a diverse group of athletes. Both the Xcel for Boys Program manual as well as a How to Start an Xcel Program for Boys guide are available as a free download from the USA Gymnastics Boy’s Xcel page. Reporting Women's Compulsory Meet Results
All scores from Levels 3 & 4 MUST be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org in order for a meet to be considered as a qualifying meet. Instructions are available for exporting results from ProScore, Beyond the Scores or a generic format. No scores can be counted if they aren't reported in one of these accepted formats.
Please click the appropriate link above for instructions on how to report the meet results in the format of your choice. If you need to enter your scores by hand, the generic template can be found here.

REQUIRES ALL coaches with primary supervisory responsibility for a youth athletic activity to complete annual concussion recognition education.
A course that is free and meets these requirements can be found at www.nfhslearn.com.
In order to take the free course, you will need to register with the NFHS Learning Center.
Please take the time to take this course for the safety of our children, and to become compliant with the law.
