Reporting Xcel Meet Results
All scores MUST be sent to in order for a meet to be considered as a qualifying meet.  Instructions are available for exporting results from ProScore, Beyond the Scores or a generic format.  No scores can be counted if they aren't reported in one of these accepted formats.

The AT&T American Cup being held on March 7th still has lower level seats available.  This is your opportunity to see some great gymnastics!  So if you are looking to be in the Dallas area that day and have $199 (member clubs) or 250 dollars (general public) that is burning a hole in your pocket, I'm sure you will want to purchace a ticket.  Just click HERE to download the order form for member clubs or HERE to visit ticketmaster if you are a member of the general public.

Level 3 State meet results have been posted.  Congratulations to Grand Junction Gymnastics, the Small Team winners, to 20 Mile Gymnastics, the Large Team champions and to all of the gymnasts, coaches, judges and volunteers at these meets!

Level 4 State meet results are now available.  Congratulations to Colorado Aerials, the Small Team winners, to 5280 Gymnastics, the Large Team winners and to everyone who worked to make these meets a success.

Level 5 State meet results are now available.  Congratulations to all of the gymnasts who participated in the meet and to 5280 Gymnastics, the overall state champions!

The 2013 - 2021 Compulsories errata sheet and the compulsory book replacement pages as of July 31st have been released by the USAG National Office.  Coaches will want to download them in order to have the latest information for this season.

Colorado State Law, Senate Bill 11-040 REQUIRES ALL coaches with primary supervisory responsibility for a youth athletic activity to complete annual concussion recognition education.  A course that is free and meets these requirements can be found at  In order to take the free course, you will need to register with the NFHS Learning Center.  Please take the time to take this course for the safety of our children, and to become compliant with the law.

The annual State Meeting and Draw was held on Friday, June 13th at the University of Denver.  State Meet sites were announced. See the "Dates to Remember" section on this page for State Meet sites and hosts.

Minutes from the State Board Meetings held in February, 2014 and in October, 2013 have finally been made available to the public.  Also, Cindy Miyake has been named Colorado State Chairperson for yet another two years.

Other State Chairs in Region III include Diane Garner for Arkansas, Kim Lauderdale for Kansas, Susie Barto for Oklahoma, Ester Jones for New Mexico, Debbie Williams for Texas, and Erin McPherson for Wyoming.  Best wishes and our heartfelt sympathies to all of the State Chairs in the upcoming years!
